Great location. You will easily find us at 125 Dixon Road. The driveways are extra wide for removal trucks and semi trailers; there’s no need to reverse as you can drive right through.
24/7 access. Your individual pin code allows you to access 24 hours 7 days a week. There’s plenty of light if you visit at night.
Helping you Move. Free use of our trailer and trolleys to move in! Thinking of using a removalist? We have a list of who the locals use. Need more boxes? We stock the full range in our box shop. We have drinks to keep you refreshed while you’re moving.
You lock and keep the key. You have sole access to your unit. Your pin code will disarm your unit on entry and rearm it on exit.
Only pay for what you use. Only pay for the space and time you use. Just give 14 days notice on move out and, on request, we will refund any unused rent over $15. Minimum fee is one month's rent.
Secure and neat. You will be storing at Rockingham’s largest and most secure self storage. Our site is pristine and we daily check all units. We are 100% West Australian family owned. We won runner up for ‘Best Facility in Australasia’ last year. What’s more Sivert won Australasian Manager of the Year 2005, and is ready to help.
Undercover protection. An all-weather covered driveway offers protection from the sun and rain. That makes it easy to move in or out during summer and winter!
Insurance. If it’s worth storing, it’s worth insuring. For peace of mind we offer insurance that’s specially designed for goods in storage. The modest premium is added to your monthly payment.
